Our primary goal is to provide the residents of Tivoli with high quality groceries and necessities in the walkable center of the village. We also feature products produced on our farm, including pastured pork and lamb, fresh free range eggs, maple syrup, jams and seasonal produce. At the same time we strive to provide a venue for other local craftspeople, farmers, and small food producers to interface with the community on a daily basis. In addition to our focus on local goods, we also bring in a carefully curated selection of imported specialty goods, cheese and charcuterie to compliment our local cheese and meat offerings. Our lunch menu is based around our delicious sandwiches featuring our own homemade baguettes and ciabbate, baked fresh every day at our neighboring farm. Our fresh-baked bialy's are also available every morning (in limited quantities) with a number of toppings.


A self-taught baker, Kazio Sosnowski grew up in Ulster County, NY before attending Bard College and settling in Elizaville, NY. Natalie Sosnowski, originally from Charlottesville, VA, is also a Bard graduate. After working for several years in the kitchens of local restaurants, Natalie and Kazio now own and operate Five Maple Farm in Elizaville as well as Tivoli General.
